Telephone Inquiries
LAWS has introduced a new automated phone system. With our rapidly increasing customer base, the shelter staff were simply unable to keep up with the hundreds of repetitive telephone inquiries received each day. This new system is a multi-tree system whereas almost every inquiry can be automatically answered. Any question left unanswered will be filtered through a series of voicemail boxes and replied to as time permits. This new system has left the limited staff more time to care for the animals and spend more time with adopting customers. We acknowledge that automated phone systems can be frustrating and inconvenient to the customer but please remember that it was introduced to benefit the animals as they are our first priority. We thank you for your patience.
