All LAWS dogs are now kept up to 7 days for behavioural and temperament assement prior to adoption with a view to finding it the best possible home. If you spot a dog that interests you please fill in our pre-adoption questionnaire indicating the dog's name. We will then add that questionnaire to the dog's file and the successful applicant will be contacted when a suitable match found. We always try to match the dog's temperament and trait characteristics to the applicants home. Please be as honest as possible to ensure the best match.

A Little About The Dogs                Tucker Hound X Chestnut/White Male (Neutered) 2 years old Our Tucker is quite a character. This adorable Hound mix has personality plus and everyone who meets him absolutely adores him. Tucker would do well with a large family where he could participate in fun activities. Mr. Personality is certain to keep everyone entertained and smiling. Tucker is fine with other dogs and would probably do well with cats too. The Hound breed is knowing for following its nose, so a fenced yard is a must. Tucker requires an experienced owner, with the committment to continue with his training. Arrived:  Dec, 2009 Casey Lab Mix Black Male (Neutered) 5 years old This beautiful lab mix was surrendered to LAWS by an owner who could no longer keep him. Once you have won his trust, Casey is a smart dog, who would love to bond with a person of his own. Casey would do best with an experienced dog owner, as a single pet. Arrived:  Mar, 2010 Tucker2 Hound X Black & white Male (Neutered) 2 years old Tucker Too is a beautiful black and white hound, who is affectionate and clean in his kennel. He loves to go for walks and interacts well with people. Because he is a hound, Tucker Too needs a family with a fenced yard. He would do best as an only pet. Arrived:  March 2010 Skip Beagle Mix Tan & White Male (Neutered) 3 years old This lovely hound is very energetic, and like all beagles, needs a home with a fenced yard. Skip is good with cats and children, and just needs a chance with a family who is willing to provide him with some love and training. Arrived:  Apr, 2010 Buddy Hound Tan & White Male (Neutered) 4 years old This large hound gets along with other dogs, and is friendly with almost everyone! He loves to go on walks, chat with his friends, or just hang out. As with all hounds, a fenced yard is recommended. Arrived:  May 2010
